Currently, I am a Reading Interventionist for Olson Middle School, and I also work with students at St. Patricks parochial school.  I am a strong advocate for reading, because it is a skill that you cannot live easily without. Previous to my current position, I was a special education teacher for 17 years. I have experience teaching at all grade levels from kindergarten up through graduating seniors. I love teaching, and it's my students that make coming to work enjoyable every day. I know that what I am asking them to do in class does not come easily, and I appreciate their perseverance.
