The School District of Mauston has two child care options for families:

- Little Eagles is a licensed childcare center for children 6 weeks to age 5
- Open for full-time care 6:30 to 5:45 throughout the year (see handbook for details)

4K Fridays 2025-26 School Year

Registration
Eagle Care has a separate registration process from school registration. Childcare registration includes forms that are required by the Department of Families and Children (DCF). Forms can be found on the right. Complete and return to the school office. Or families can contact the district office at 608-847-5451, Ext.6689 to arrange for paper copies of the forms. The District Office will then process your paperwork and notify you of acceptance. If accepted, families will utilize Skyward Family Access to select dates and make payments.
All children must have forms completed prior to attending Eagle Care.
