Our goal is for all students to be College and Career Ready when they graduate. The Teaching & Learning office works to support schools in achieving that goal. We:

• Work to ensure a coordinated set of learning experiences built on standards for students 4K-12
• Incorporate purposeful assessment to both inform instruction and measure the success of the teaching and learning experiences in the schools
• Coordinate professional learning throughout the District to ensure that teachers use research-based practices in the classroom.
• Coordinate vertical team planning for continuous improvement in each curricular area Support implementation of Educator Effectiveness Work to implement an effective system of interventions throughout the District as part of our Multi-Level Systems of Support
• Coordinate the Title I, II, III, IV, and chagrant process and ensure the District complies with requirements related to these grants
