Homeless children and unaccompanied youth have access to the education and other services that all children and youth have to ensure that such children and youths have an opportunity to meet the same challenging academic and social-emotional standards to which all students are held.

Students age 21 and younger may be eligible to receive help with the following services:
- School breakfast/lunch program
- School supplies
- Transportation
- Educational Support
- School Fees
- Opportunities to participate in extra-curricular activities

Families of students who qualify may also have access to the following services:
- Opportunities to participate in the education of their children. These may include special notices of events, parent/teacher conferences, newsletters, and access to student records.
- Access to community resources for things like food, clothing, housing, etc.
- Referral to local agencies
- Parent support groups and education
