The School of Mauston offers a Wellness Component to lower your health insurance premiums by completing the yearly requirements.

If you complete the yearly requirements for the Premium Incentive, you will be responsible for 11.6% of your health insurance premium. If you do not complete the yearly requirements, you will be responsible for 15.6% of your health insurance premium. 

When does this start?

July 1st, 2025 – June 30th, 2026, incentive will be reflected starting on July 1st, 2025 checks.

What Do You Need To Do?

• Have An Annual Exam
