Dear Eagle After School Program Families,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! We’re looking forward to another great year with your child(ren) in the Eagle After School Program (EASP). To confirm that you received this message and are aware that our new pick-up time is 5:30 PM (previously 5:45 PM), please text the name(s) of your child(ren) who will be attending to 608-350-8215 by Friday, August 29.
The Eagle After School Program is designed to support academic growth and social development through a variety of engaging activities. Each day includes time for
academics, hands-on projects, music, art, free play, and a focus on making positive choices. This year, EASP will operate at the following locations:
- West Side Elementary (WSE): 4K, Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students
- Grayside Elementary (GSE): 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students
To meet the 21st CCLC grant requirements, students are expected to attend the program at least three days per week. EASP runs from the end of the school day until 5:30 PM. New this year: all students must be picked up by 5:30 PM.
Pick-Up Procedures:
When you arrive for pick-up, please text 608-350-8215 with your name and the names of the child(ren) you’re picking up. Families do not need to exit their vehicle. 4K and Kindergarten students will be walked out to your vehicle by a staff member. 1st through 5th grade students will be dismissed to your vehicle once you’ve texted and staff have verified your arrival. Please enter from Highway G (behind the high school) and follow the road to the loop between West Side and Grayside.
