Jay Imhoff joined the Mauston School District in 2001 where he was hired in the middle school. He received a Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin Platteville in Elementary Education 1-9, and a minor in Geography. Jay also received his Masters Degree in Professional Development from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse in 2004. Jay believes that children are the cornerstone of our future. He also feels strongly in students preparing for their futures, and that is what students do in Mr. Imhoff's classroom. Doing a variety of different activities in social studies, students will receive a good start in acquiring the skills that they need to be successful in middle school and in life. Jay spends time after school coaching in the Mauston District. He coaches middle school football, he is also a varsity wrestling assistant, and the JV baseball coach at the high school. In his free time Jay enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, watching baseball games, and hanging out with family and friends.
