Mauston High School Athletic Hall of Fame Criteria

1. The individual must be a graduate of Mauston High School.
2. The individual could be eligible if they were a state champion or place winner in an individual sport.
3. The individual could be eligible if they receive recognition as an All-State or Honorable Mention in their sport. 
4. The individual could be eligible if they were a multiple year All-Conference or Honorable Mention All-Conference Selection. 
5. The individual could be eligible if they were a multiple year letter winner. 
6. The individual must be out of high school for a minimum of five years. 
7. If the individual is nomindated as a coach, they do not have to be a graduate of Mauston High School.  
8. If the individual is nominated and not selected for induction into the Hall of Fame in a period of five years, the person's name will be removed from consideration. That individual must be renominated to be considered again. 

Nominations are due each year by November 1st.
